Continuing the family business tradition in the restaurant industry, since we first moved to Norway, we started to take our first steps in our career as chefs.
After more than 20 years working at great restaurants in Norway, with many different types of cuisines from countries such as Vietnam, China, Thailand, Japan. We started with Mimi Sushi og Bubble Tea.
Besides, the trend of healthy eating from natural ingredients is the trend of the present and the future.
Sushi is one such dish when the fish ingredients are all fresh and nutritious from the waters of Norway.
Along with my experience as a chef, I am confident that Mimi Sushi will have a mission to bring delicious, healthy meals at reasonable prices to everyone in Oslo.
